I have had the privilege of knowing and working with Anastasia ‘Tess’ for approximately 4 years. What struck me about Tess, in whichever role she interacted, was her ability to ensure that the person behind the message was taken into account. In no way whatsoever was Tess superficial in her dealings with people and she gave one the feeling that she was genuinely concerned about people and the impact that business or decisions would have on the lives of the individuals affected.

Anastasia, "Tess", has a natural aptitude for effective problem-solving, her above average soft skills allow her to communicate well, manage and lead effectively and implement projects and assignments with competence. She has a proficient grasp of labour relationships, and having worked in this field for a number of years now, her wealth of experience and ability to effectively manage and influence people, at various structural levels within organisations, have allowed her to manage and resolve complex IR and conflict situations. She has a particularly effective participative management style and shows above average listening skills that allow people to feel involved and part of the processes she is involved in. She is as comfortable dealing with first level employees as she is interacting with senior management and her ability to treat people with trust, respect and dignity is something I feel has allowed her to be as effective and successful as she has been over the years.
I have no hesitation in recommending Tess for any managerial or consultative-related position that involves IR, Quality Control or team dynamics alignment. She is an inspiring influencer on any team and an individual who performs above the norm, her conscientious nature and attention to detail have certainly endeared her to myself and indeed my entire team.
